Crusty Italian Bread Recipe

1. Wheat flour (500gm)
2. fresh brewer’s yeast (25gm)
3. olive oil (25gm)
4. honey (1spoon)
5. lukewarm water (270gm)
6. salt (to taste)

Method of preparation:-
1. Take lukewarm water and dilute yeast in it and then add flour and salt in it. Mix it with fork. Mix it as long as you can. When the dough gets too thick then knead it until it becomes smooth and elastic.

2. Place the dough in warm place for whole night. In the morning, knead it again and then add olive oil. Give the dough, yours favorite shapes and keep for about 1 hour to rise or double in size.

3. Now place the dough in baking pan and then place it in oven. Bake it for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 425°F or until gets golden and crusty.
